Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish musician, singer and actress. Corr debuted in 1990 as The lead singer in the Celtic folk rock and pop rock band The Corrs along with her three elder siblings Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. The honor she received was that of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is better known as an active member of The Corrs, a Celtic folk and pop-rock group The Corrs. She sings and plays a variety of instruments with The Corrs. Andrea was first introduced to acting in 1991. Later, she became a professional singer and stage performer. She performed as the voice in The Quest for Camelot, an animated Warner Bros. cartoon film released in 1998. Andrea's studio album of six is enhanced by two compilation albums including three live albums as well as an album of remixes. The charitable work she has done has also received recognition. Andrea and her boyfriend, a stockbroker, have two children. Andrea's first music lesson was to learn the Tin Horn. Gerry taught Andrea to play the piano. Andrea also is a Ukulele player. Andrea honed her skills in music throughout her teens. She spent her teenage years working on her musical abilities. Andrea attended the 'Dun Lughaidh Convent' and often took part in school performances.
